Design for distance and close inspection
The overall silo bank should attract attention from the aisle, while labels and product details remain readable at the point of selection.
Standardise multi-store installations
Define approved model quantities, finishes, spacing, label dimensions and assortment rules. A repeatable specification reduces variation between locations and simplifies procurement.
Create a category destination
Use the complete bank, lighting and product information to distinguish the coffee section from standard packaged goods. The hardware should support the retail hierarchy rather than become an isolated decorative object.
Plan for staff operation
Even customer-facing displays require refill, cleaning and product-change access. Keep service doors, shelves and stock routes clear.
Measure performance
Compare sales and refill frequency by silo position. The results can show which coffees need a permanent position, which require smaller fill quantities and which should rotate seasonally.
