Start with the service method
A professional coffee bean display should follow the way beans are sold and handled. Identify whether staff need a scoop-free dispenser, a larger dispenser with a return inlet, or a wall-mounted coffee silo that preserves counter space.
Match capacity to turnover
Nominal capacity should support the real daily movement of each coffee. Approximately 4 kg is available in the scoop-free and wall-mounted formats; the dispenser with scoop holds approximately 7 kg. Actual weight varies with bean size, roast development and bulk density.
Measure the complete working area
Record available width and height, then allow for refilling, cleaning and dispensing. For an initial layout, the 19 cm shelf products are calculated as 20 cm positions. The 15 cm wall-mounted product uses a minimum 5 cm interval, also creating a 20 cm position.
